Night Monitor (Part-Time)

SOME Inc. is seeking a Night Monitor to create safe living spaces for our Single Adults at our Rev. G Smith on 2335 Altamont Pl SE This position will primarily work late evening and weekend shifts offering support to the SOME staff during off-peak hours. The ideal candidate will have experience providing security and cleaning services. Experience with vulnerable populations is a PLUS!

Position Description: This position maintains the security of the facility during off-hours. Provides upkeep of facility and maintenance activities to provide a comfortable, clean, and dignified home for residents. Performs light cleaning of the building and grounds and provides light facility maintenance.

Qualifications

Required: Some High School education; 1-3 years experience in security, residential, and/or janitorial experience.

Preferred: HS Diploma/GED; 3-5 years of janitorial experience; experience providing services to vulnerable populations, families, and seniors; Driver's License

Required License/Certification: CPR/First Aid/AED Certification

Schedule: Friday 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm Saturday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
